Internships at Payzoplus
We build the rails Indian exporters get paid on — invoices raised here, dollars arriving from abroad, rupees settled into a bank account, and the compliance that has to hold all the way through. There is an internship in every team that does it.
What you are signing up for
Small team, real users, and work judged on whether it holds up.
You will not shadow anybody. What you build goes into the product real exporters use to get paid, with your name on the commits and your judgement in the decisions.
Every change is read by the person responsible for that part of the system — the same standard the rest of the team is held to, which is the only thing that makes a review worth having.
The team is small enough that you see an invoice become a payment, a payment become a settlement, and what compliance had to be satisfied of in between.
You leave able to describe specific work in detail — which carries further in your next interview than a certificate saying you attended.

Each has a page of its own — what the work is, what you would come away knowing, and who it suits.
After you press send
Five steps, and no silence at the end of any of them.
The form on the page. A CV, the opening you want, and anything you would like read first.
Not a keyword filter. We look at what you have built or studied, and whether the work here matches it.
A call about your work and ours — what the team actually does, and what your first weeks would look like.
A few hours, taken from something we genuinely need, and talked through afterwards. No trick questions, and nothing that looks like a free project.
Including when it is no. Nobody is left refreshing their inbox.
What we actually build
Every exporter gets receiving account details to hand their customer — a separate set per customer, so an arriving payment identifies itself. The invoice is raised under an RBI purpose code, the payment is matched against it, the currency is converted, and rupees land in their bank with the documents their chartered accountant asks for.
Around that sits everything that makes it lawful: the KYB an account is opened on, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, and a compliance review that reads every file before anything reaches our banking partner. Money moves on a partner’s licensed rails; the product, the checks and the experience are ours.
Which is why the five teams above are the five teams there are — and why an internship in any of them touches the same journey from a different side.
