We take regulatory compliance seriously. Below is a transparent view of where we stand.
Important: Payzoplus Global Private Limited is a technology platform. It is not a bank and is not itself authorised by the Reserve Bank of India. Export collections are processed by our payment partner, an RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator – Cross Border. Funds are held in the partner's segregated accounts and settled directly to your registered Indian bank account. Payzoplus never holds your money.
KYC & Identity Verification
Every user completes RBI-aligned KYC before any money movement. Individual users complete PAN-based verification through our payment partner. Businesses complete GSTIN, certificate of incorporation, and beneficial-owner verification.
AML & Sanctions Screening
Every customer and payment is screened against UN Security Council, Indian (UAPA) and OFAC sanctions lists. Transactions above prescribed thresholds trigger enhanced due diligence.
FEMA & Purpose Codes
All cross-border transfers are tagged with the correct RBI purpose code. Payzoplus supports inward export collections only.
Data Protection
We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and GDPR (EU). Users can request data export or deletion at any time.
Information Security
We use encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging and regular security testing.
Grievance Redressal
If you have a complaint, write to grievance@payzoplus.com. Our Grievance Officer will respond within 7 working days as per regulatory norms.
